COR BLIMEY! & SHELTER PARTNERSHIP

Cor Blimey! British Fish and Chips officially begins their new chapter of year 2021 as partners with SHELTER, Home for Children. This will be our first ever partnership with a charity home and we’re honestly excited to be working together with this dedicated children’s home.

The idea began back in 2019 when our founder, Mr Adam Hanrahan decided to dedicate some of the company’s resources to a selected charity home (After thorough research and interviews, SHELTER was indeed the best candidate that needed our assistance). The planning process was long and filled with obstacles, especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. But that didn’t stop us from getting this partnership sealed with SHELTER.

On the date 16th November 2020, we officially became partners and start off our plans to assist SHELTER for the year 2021 onwards.

So, who is SHELTER? They’re a registered welfare organization that existed since 1981 who dedicated their lives in helping abused, abandoned, neglected or at-risk children. The organisation began with only a group of seven friends who share the same vision to help these children for a better chance in life. Currently they have 3 separate homes catered to specific children.

What is our mission with SHELTER? To raise funds for their organisational needs and of course, volunteer or time to assist SHELTER with some volunteering work whenever we are needed. We wish to make a difference with SHELTER in changing the lives of these underprivileged children.
